I put on a BRAND NEW cute sleeper that my mom bought the boys and Con had such a massive blowout that it went all up his leg and thigh  Yuk! And right in his new outfit.

So how do you ladies get poo stains out? I sometimes have success and sometimes not .. today I first rinsed off some of the poo with cold water (I heard hot water can set poo stains because of the protien in it or something), then sprayed Zout on it, rubbed, let it sit, rinsed in lukewarm water, sprayed again, rinsed, then tossed in the laundry. We'll see what happens. But I would really appreciate a surefire way to get stains out!!!

    TIA!

I use OxyClean spray stain remover for everything. I have not had to try it on large poop stains yet but it works on everything else, spit ups, formula, prune juice spit up, etc. So I would definitely try that.

Isn't that the way it always goes, new outfit and the poop =@ I do exactly what you did but use Oxyclean instead of Zout. It hasn't failed me yet...and I hope I didn't just jinx my method! :p Good luck, hope the stain comes out!

Isn't that how it always happens!? I always used tide with bleach, and that usually did the trick, but if it didn't and I couldn't get the stains out, I just threw them away.

I use a scoop or 2 of Oxyclean in the soak cycle, then launder as usual. That usually gets out all our stains. The few stains that are left are not very noticeable, and fade over time.

I just pretreat with extra detergent, and that usually gets it out.

I usually use Oxymagic, which seems to work the best (I think I've tried everything). The key for me seems to be that I wash it right away, don't let it sit for a couple of days (even soaking). I do use oxyclean in the prewash cycle as well.

Ditto! I love that stuff. I recently used on my oldest ds T-ball pants to remove the grass/dirt stains and it worked great.
