Hmm.. 1st Signs To Being Mirror Image Twins ?

    I never really put any thought into it until today. Anthony has 4 teeth on top, 2 on bottom. Angelo has 4 teeth on bottom, & 2 on top. Hmm.. what other signs can I look for to be able to tell for sure? Does it matter if their ID/frat?

    Along with the teeth coming in, I noticed my boys handedness- one is right and the other is left.

    Handedness for mine too-Derek is right and Tyler is left.

    Only identical twins can be mirror image. I haven't heard of a top/bottom teeth eruption being a feature, its usually left/right but stranger things have happened.

    Other features are handedness and hair patterns. Its a fun fact. About 25-30% of identical twins are mirror.

    My boys (who I think might be mirror image IDs) hair swirls/whorls (whatever the correct word is there) that go in opposite directions - one goes clockwise, the other counter clockwise. They also get their teeth opposit of each other. Finley usually gets the left tooth while Sullivan gets the right tooth first. So, when they were cutting their top teeth - Finley's top left came in first and Sullivan's top right came in first - and it has continued like that with all 6 of their teeth. :)

    Looks like yours are mirror image. Its not a test to take or all or nothing, just one feature reversed makes a set mirror image.
