His hands are constantly in his mouth

DS has lost his first two teeth in the last month. Over the last month, I've noticed his hands are constantly in his mouth. I know he's getting his molars too. It's not like he's just playing with loose teeth. I don't know...It's almost like he's teething again. I've just been reminding him to take his hands out of his mouth. Anyone else go through this? Is it a new habit or is it just a phase?

Jazz does it more than jessy and she has her bottom fronts teeth missing and molirs coming in. I think it's more a subconscious thing for her

Jayden "sucks" his thumb but I think its more nervousness than his teeth. He started it though when he had no front teeth and I figured it was because of that .. but now i think its just a nervous habit.

That's him exactly. Should I keep reminding him to take his hands out of his mouth or let it go at this point? I'm not a big germophobe, but I hate the thought of him doing this all day and bringing home all those illnesses by putting his hands in his mouth all the time.

I just try to remind her to wash her hands frequently and keep them out of her mouth but don't worry too much
