I've found the world of twinstuff! I just joined over the weekend and wanted to say hello. We're excepting our girls in April and cannot wait, this is my first pregnancy. I look forward to getting to know other twin parents and joining in on discussions.

I just started with this itchy skin....the palms of my hands, soles of my feet, my belly, and pretty much everywhere else...will this last long? It's driving me crazy!

:wavey: Bran and welcome. Congrats on your twins!!

I didn't experience itchy palms and feet, but I did get a very itchy belly that lasted until I gave birth. That was happening because my skin was stretching out so much. Good luck, I hope you stop itching soon. ;)

Welcome to TS! The itching is part of the deal, fun huh. This is one of the things that you will forget or laugh about after the babies are born. Congratulations on your girls.

Hello! :wavey: Congrats! As for the itching, have you talked to your dr? I developed this rash on my stomach and legs that turned out to be PUPPPS (I dont know how to spell the long verson of it). It's not dangerous or anything, but it's really itchy and will be there until I deliver. Hopefully this isnt what you have and yours will go away. Anyways, good luck and welcome! :hug99:

The itching just started last night, I have an appointment on Thursday...so I'll ask then.

    Thanks everyone for the welcome!

    :sign0016: And congratulations…
I had the same “itchys” with my son (10 years ago) and I talked to my Dr and he wanted to do a blood test… and it turned out to be something not harmful but if I remember correctly it had to do with all the liquid/Gatorade and my kidneys not being able to handle it… so I had to drink this powder mix prescription… didn’t help much… but like a PP said… I totally forgot about it until now… but now I remember how maddening it was  … what killed me more was my MIL saying “mind over matter”… okay lady I will kick you in the stomach and you try “mind over matter” for the pain… well I didn’t say that… but I fantasized about saying it  … I had scratched myself so bad a couple times I broke skin
hope it get better for you
