Hi Ladies! New here....

We had our second ultrasound today and we saw two beautiful heartbeats (numbers in siggy) at my 6w4d U/S. It was so amazing. I look down at my belly and I can't believe they're in there.

I've waited four years, through our TTC journey, to see an u/s of OUR baby. DH and I held hands and just smiled. What a beautiful moment. Wow!

Now of course comes all the fears, etc but I think you ladies can help me through it. And it will be appreciated immensely!

Welcome to TS!!!! Congrats!!!!! We waited 5 yrs and got our twins so I know exactly how you feel, one set of fears, worries and emotions with IVF and waiting to find out and a whole OTHER set of fears, worries and emotions for the next 9 months! We are all here for you to help you through.

 

Congrats!!!! Enjoy it and take it easy as well. This is a special time. Focus on eating well and taking care of yourself.
Some of us have complications and some of us don't. But this site is great and the girls will all help you through it!
I just had my girls April 1. It was a bit rocky due to short cervix, but all is well and the babies are home now .
TS helps me vent and ask questions to the Dr.'s of things I wouldn't think of to ask. It's helps you feel that your not
alone. Good-luck to you!!

Thank you for the warm welcome! I swear I bounce between being thrilled and elated to being overwhelmed and scared. And the babies aren't even here yet! :mellow: It's only been a week since we found out it's twins so maybe I should give myself time to get used to the idea. :FIFblush: I've always wanted to be a mother, I just never dreamed it'd be two babies at once.

I will be making a ton of notes (already started!) and will be soaking up all the advice/info I can. The Big Sister Program sounds great!
