Hi . . . and quick question for ya ;)

Hi everyone!

Im not necessarily new here, I actually was on the expecting twins forum 2 years ago - my frat twin boys just turned 2 in October - sooo fun btw!!

Anyway, DH and I have recently decided to try for another, and this month we did the deed a few times - my question is this -

I am due for my period today - no show yet - the last time we :wub: was last sunday . . . before that it was New Years and before that Christmas Eve . . . I took an HPT yesterday and it was BFN . . . have any of you gotten pregnant a week before your period is due?? I am pretty sure that if I conceived New Years or Christmas Eve I would have gotten a BFP last night . . .

Im just hoping I miss AF today I suppose so Im going a little crazy with the thinking and the what if's :lol:

 

I would think it probably depends on how regular you are. If you're very regular and have at least a 28 day cycle, it's rather unlikely. But nothing is impossible, LOL.

 

I know I concieved the twins the week before I was expecting my period. Keep us posted.

 

Ooh, fingers crossed for you. Keep us updated for sure! Just when I think I have my ovulation cycle down...it changes, so you never know!

Ok so I haven't tested again - yet - I was due Friday. On Saturday I started lightly bleeding - thought it was my period - I bled lightly off and on Saturday and Sunday - literally I only used pantyliners - I thought that was odd but figured it would pick up. I quit bleeding Sunday and have not bled since. Im thinking now I may need another test or a doctor visit as this is highly unusual for me. Ive never bled through any of my other pregnancies AT ALL, but on the other hand I have never had such a light and short period either - Im a heavy bleeder for at least a good 4 days (sorry TMI). This has just been a weird and stressful couple of days for me, LOL!
