Hi all! I guess this is my official 1st post

Aubrey and Avarey had their 1 year appointment today!

Aubrey's Measurements:
Weight: 25 lbs 5 oz
Head: 19 inches
Length: 30 inches
Speaking: Momma, Dadda, Bobba, Nigh Nigh,
Actions & Motions: Pointing at everything! Growls at you if you growl with her, Stands by herself and will walk with toys across the room. She just won't let go! She is taking about 2 steps and the plops on her butt--too cute! She is clapping when you say "Yay". And she gets sooooo excited when daddy comes in the room.

Avarey's Measurements:
Weight: 20 lb 15 oz
Head: 18 3/4 inches
Length: 29 inches
Speaking: Momma, Dadda, Bobba and she loves to sing--lol
Actions & Motions: Pointing, Walking about 10 steps and then plops on her butt, claps her hands when you say "Yay", gets extremely excited when she sees daddy period! She starts to jump and raise her hands as soon as he turns toward her.

Both are definitely showing an interest in a few cartoons and tv programs like Paz the penguin (not really sure what the real name of the show is), Peep and the Big Wide World, and the Teletubbies. They are usually sleeping through others but they also like Hi5. They love music so that one always has them running around in their walkers and yelling.

Their doctor said that they are just like a singleton baby at their age. They are perfectly healthy with nothing but the exema, and said that I do not need to use the adjusted age any more. She said that they are ready for whole milk now and I was already one step ahead of her with that. I have the girls taking a sippy cup at lunch and dinner now and they are getting 3/4 whole milk and 1/4 formula now. So, they are doing very well and I am so excited that they are 1 now! (Their birthday was Monday) but we are doing their party this Saturday.
