Here's a problem I never had with my singletons

My kids are all apparently part mountain goat because as soon as they can crawl they start climbing. With my older kids I used to have to take away toys that they could use as a step onto other stuff so once the boys started trying to climb I put away the toys I remember from my girls. Well, it looks like I am in big trouble because they are now using each other to climb up onto stuff. One will climb up the other ones back to get to a higher place. I swear they are already plotting together against the door locks on the family room entertainment unit. They keep jabbering away to each other while taking turns testing the doors. I think I am in a world of trouble with these two. :lol:

 

I think you have some smart kids on your hands! :laughing: My two NEVER climbed each other! Sometimes I wonder if they are even "normal!" :rotflmbo: I think probably the crawling just really helps with their gross motor skills and they realize they can now do more! Great, right?!?!

I'm still waiting for Annabella to start crawling. Why I don't know-because things are going to get crazy!

I still remember a Funniest Home Video clip with the toddlers that figured out how to get out of a room that had TWO baby gates on top of each other in the doorway...the boy helped the girl up to the top, she went over and opened the gate from the other side for him to join her. :woah: There IS such a thing as too smart. lol
