We moved H to her toddler bed{took the front panel off the crib} last week after she climbed out of her crib. My mom had a bed rail she used w/my nieces. Fisher price bed rail and had no problems w/it. So tonight we put J in hers and got out a new bed rail. It wouldn't work because it can't be used w/toddler beds. So I went online and most of the bed rails won't work w/toddler beds. Anyone know of one that does? Or what to do. I found 1 on ebay but the shipping is $14! Which is how much they want for the railing. I'll do it, but thought I'd hit you ladies up for ideas 1st. We can't afford a regular bed right now. TIA T

I haven't found one yet that will work. We have 2 Toddler beds too that have the little 1/3 rail at the top part of the bed but one of my boys still falls out constantly! He doesn't get hurt but he does wake me to put him back in the bed. It's getting very aggravating. Hopefully someone here will have an idea.

I'm not aware of any toddler beds that can be used with a bed rail or rails made for T-beds. My 2yo has been in her T-bed since February. One side is against her sister's T-bed that has a 1/3 rail, the other side is open. She has fallen out 2x. I think they just learn to stay in eventually.

Have you thought about putting a rolled up blanket or something for her to roll into before she gets to the edge? We also put some blankets on the floor so if she fell out it was a bit softer and maybe she wouldn't wake up.

I hope you get some other ideas!

I've never found a rail that would fit a toddler bed. :( When my oldest moved into his, we just dealt with him falling out all the time. At least he was very low to the ground and most of the time he never even woke up. :pardon:

Here is what I have and I LOVE them. They are easy to travel with and can work in any bed, like when staying at Grandmom's or at a hotel. I have also used them to seperate a queen bed for the 2 of them.

    Hope this helps!
