I feel like my house is trashed! There is so much baby clutter! Between the swing, 2 bouncy seats, 2 bumbos, 2 high chairs, 2 car seats - well, two of everything - even when our house is clean it is just so cluttered! Our home is only 1300sf and we also have two older children - man - the babies have just taken over!

    Any advice??????

Yup mine too. And the twins are our only children. My livingroom looks like a daycare. Pack n' play, 2 boppy's, swing, two bouncy seats, Toys, Blankets for tummy time 2 car seats (they take their naps in them)

Its amazing how much stuff two little people need.

DH's friends came over the other night and I had to move everything out of the livingroom into the kitchen just so the could use the dart board in the livingroom. We also have a small house about 1200 SF. And there is really no where else to put their stuff.

I got a smaller couch for the time being. [IMG] I have an 1800sq ft house and it is CHOCK FULL! My poor living room!

[IMG] We are at my grandparents right now, and we have completely taken over their 1600 sq ft house. The family room has 2 swings, tons of toys, 1 bouncer, a bumbo and bebe pod, the living room has an exercauser, 2 play mats and tons more toys, oh and ds new coloring desk. Their dining room now has a jumperoo and a bouncer. Their office has 2 pnps and about 10 boxes of diapers. The guest room has all our clothes and everything else we brought from home [IMG] Even their garage is packed with our stuff.

My 2 swings, 2 saucers, 2 bouncies, tons of toys, diapers, laundry piles are my new decor! Some days I just look around and shake my head and try to remember there will come a day when I will say, It is too clean.

:) Sadly enough, my 1300 sqft house isn't much better either. We no longer have the bouncies, swings, or playpens, but we do have highchairs and LOTS OF TOYS!!! Everywhere! Everyone keeps telling me it doens't get better. :)

That was us a few months ago. Once they become mobile you can start putting things away because they won't want to be contained anymore and will want to be down getting into everything. [IMG] Now we only have a big bucket of toys and the exersaucer and jumperoo out, I need those out incase I need to contain them for a bit. I use the exersaucer and jumperoo if I need to use the restroom and when I am starting dinner. Just wanted to tell you it may not seem like it now, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel, even if you can't see it yet.

Before you know it, it will all be packed away, given away, or sold. You will eventually miss all the stuff when they get older. Enjoy them being little...even with all the stuff. Just pretend it is an obstacle course.

Eventually you'll need less of the BIG stuff and you can sell it or whatever. I got rid of all my big stuff recently (I had saved it all to watch my nephew - not for my kids) and it's really opened up my world!! I still have TOO many toys for the kids, but I'm working on that too! I'm selling at this spring's MOMS sale and I hope to rake in a small fortune!! [IMG]

A friend of mine that lives several hours from us asked me the other day how my living room was decorated - I told her that my theme was early childhood development! my pretty things have been put up and replaced with a pack n play, swings, bouncyseats and instead of
figurines I have A&D ointment, a stack of diapers and a baby bottle
on my end table!! it looks like a daycare center in here!!

I feel your pain, I've never seen so many toys, clothes and other baby junk in my life. They have their room, a play room and toys in my living room. and if that isn't enough they have toys down in the basement.
