Help me Choose

I have been looking for a while now trying to find a name I like. Choosing the boys names was very hard and everyone thought this baby was a girl so I had my name picked out...LOL

I would really like to keep Steven as a middle name as it was my late uncles first name and he was very important to me and sadly died at age 40

I like Tyler Steven!

We were the opposite of you...we have two boys names and will probably never get to use them, but coming up with 3 girl names was HARD!

My boys names were Logan Michael or Lucas Michael (DH's middle name is Michael)

 

When I see Tyler Steven, I automatically think of Aerosmith's Steven Tyler...I like it, but that's what I associate it with.

I like Sean Steven as opposed to Shawn Steven. I just prefer the Irish spelling of the name.

I think the same thing when i think Tyler Steven....LOL

You are not the first person that has told me you like the spelling Sean better then Shawn...LOL But IM liking the other way better

I think it's the Irish in me . I do like the name Sean (just the sound of it) a lot though. My godson is Sean and a friend recently had a baby named Sean...I think it is a "strong" name.

 

I chose other because like the pp poster said, I too think of Steven Tyler when I see the first one. My first boss was a Shawn and wasn't very pleasant Nicholas Steven is the one I like out of the three names. What about Jayden Steven or Cameron Steven?

I also immediately thought aerosmith, but how often do people use your full first and middle name? I love the name Tyler (and Ty for short!) ...

I also voted for Nicholas Steven ... Nicholas is my personal hands down favorite boys name (next to Jake of course) but I had a bad break up with a Nick, so it's a name I could never use. But I love it ...

I just noticed you little girls name. That would have been my little girls name had this been a little girl... maybe next time.

And I agree the only time i EVER middle name my kids is when they are being bad.

And with Brandon and Dylan the first thing people think of is 90210 and thats not where i got the names from.. And I like Steven Tyler better then 90210..LMAO

I also voted for Nicholas Steven. I think it's nice that it's so close to your name. I don't like Shawn Steven too much since they are the same initials, S.S.

I like both Tyler Steven and Nichols Steven - I think Nicholas would be cute because it is close to your name! Is Steven part of your dh's name?

 

I honestly like all of those names.

Personally, I love Shawn. I do like it spelled "Sean" (I know you did not ask that though )

I obviously love Nicholas (my sons name). My name is Nicole but Nicholas was named after my dad (it was his middle name). No one ever thinks, "oh you named him after you" which I thought might happen.

I think all three sound very nice with Steven as the middle name. How nice of you to honor your uncle like that. :hug99:

 

Boy names are really hard for me, too! (though DH says that about girl names ).

I like Tyler/Ty the best, but I also like Nicholas. Though if you call him Nikky, I'd spell it Nicky because I think of the former spelling as more for girls.

 

I voted for Nicholas Steven ( I named my twin son Nicholas!).I love that it is so close to your name ~ that is very sweet.

My twins are Nicholas and Stephen, so you can probably figure out what I voted for.

 

I voted for nicholas as that has always been a favourite of mine.

 

My favorite would have to be Shawn, spelled this way ... that's my maiden name!

However, I don't like the double S initials so I actually voted for Tyler Steven. I think it flows the best of your choices. Brandon, Dylan and Tyler make a really nice brother trio, too.
