Headed down to UCLA in the morning

Just wanted to post that we head down to UCLA Children's Hospital tomorrow...DS was born with Pulmonary Stenosis and needs a valvuplasty...basically they thread a cathedar through an artery in the groin and blow up a little balloon to stretch out the valve. It should take 2-4 hours and if all looks good, we may be discharged late that afternoon!

My OB is really concerned that I might go into labor due to the stress...so I have copies of all my prenatal records and am even taking my hospital bag just in case.

I'm surprisingly okay and not freaking out...yet. I have a feeling I'll be a basket case when I have to hand my little boy over to the surgeons though...

In any case, I just thought I'd let you guys know because I have mentioned it in other posts and gotten lots of support.

Wish us luck on an uneventful and successful surgery and that these girls stay BAKING!!!
