Headaches are a sign of not drinking enough water. I always get a lot of headaches.. I know its because i do not drink enough water.

I drink tons of water (six liters per day, at least-- that's about 1.5 gallons) because of pre-term labor concerns, and I still get headaches quite often. I think they are from hormones, mostly because mine are always worst around growth spurts, and I rarely got headaches when I wasn't pregnant. I have been told Tylenol is okay to take, but I would mention your headaches to your doctor because I know they can also be a sign of pre-eclampsia if they are accompanied by other symptoms, too.

Hope your head feels better soon!

It could be that you are dehydrated, it takes an incredible amount of water to sustain a twin pregnancy! But, I had headaches the whole time, and I know I was hydrated, I think it has to do with hormones.

I had terrible headaches during the first trimester, I am prone to migraines to begin with, but these were much more frequent than anything I had before I was pregnant. My doctor told me that they were hormonal as I drink tons of water. In the last 3-4 weeks they have gotten much better, now I get them maybe once a week versus every other day. Talk to your doctor, as tylenyol didn't do a thing for me.

First & third trimester headaches. Tylenol & water was my best friend.

I had a headache for 3 weeks. The doctor gave me an allergy pill and I have been better since then. I couldn't stand the constant headache. Ask your doctor if there is something you can take.

I had non-stop headaches till 18 weeks. It drove me crazy where painkillers were not working and I was well hydrated and my BP was on the low side (has always been). Doctors couldn't do much and said it was hormonal.....and now they are back but it's not that bad this time round!!
