Headaches almost everyday

I had lots of yucky headaches at the end of the 1st trimester or so and now they are back. I even had a migraine on Saturday. Is this normal at the end?? My bp is fine so it's not that. I feel like all I do is drink water but I wake up almost every morning with a headache and they last pretty much all day. I try Tylenol but it doesn't help at all. Drinking a little caffeine doesn't work either. Anyone else have these near the end?

 

I think it would be worth a call to your OB.
I hope they go away soon!!

 

:hug: I know how frustrating they are. I had them everyday until around 16 weeks, but then they went away. I agree, a call to your OB might be a good idea.

 

Maybe your blood sugar drops in the middle of the night... How about a protein filled snack during one of the potty trips?

 

I have an appt tomoro so I will ask her but the blood sugar sounds reasonable I may try a cheese stick tonight!

 

As other pp said, try adding a protein. I know when I was getting a lot of headaches once I changed my diet and fluid intake they have gone away. I notice when I don't drink my water I will get a dull headache for a couple of days.
