    I'm 31 weeks 1 day today.
I can still feel baby A kicking me in the cervix so I'm fairly sure she's still breech even though I haven't had an U/s since 28 weeks.
How worried do I need to be that she won't turn head down?

It depends on what you're worrying about. If you're having a C-section, there's no cause for worry. If you have your heart set on a vaginal delivery, then you might be disappointed. Babies can flip up until the last minute (and many do), but there's no guarantee that she'll flip. Is Baby B head down?

    I'm hoping for a vaginal.
I'm not even sure if Baby B is head down yet. I think it's more likely since she usually kicks me in my ribs.

I've heard that it gets less and less likely that they will turn with every week that goes by after 28 weeks. Ask your doctor about it, some are more proactive in turning a baby manually and others will not even try for vaginal delivery if one is breech.
    Best of luck!
