I gave the boys some cheerios while I was eating lunch to entertain them (they've had them before) and Jack coughed so I looked to make sure he was ok...they both cough all the time it seems, and his eyes were turning red and were huge!! So I run and rip off the tray and by now his mouth is purple and I'm screaming his name while I'm undoing the straps and leaning him forward. He was still coughing so I hit his back and he puked up most of his bottle and some food remnants! I think I died for a minute! Luckily my job requires me certified in CPR including infants and children but I never thought I would see my child turning purple! OMG it was so scary! Just a reminder to never let them eat anything unattended! :( :(

  I know how scary that is, my oldest choked/stopped breathing when he was an infant and my mother thankfully had the presence of mind to turn him over and pound him on the back! I'm so glad Jack is okay!!
