I have been having BHs for the past several weeks, but very randomly. The past week I have noticed them alot more often. Today they have been getting much stronger and have been increasing. For the past 2 hours I have been tracking them and I have had a contraction every 10 mins, since then-6 in an hour. Not sure wheather I should call, or just give it more time. I am having back pain and some cramping, but it might be a conincenidence, as I have experienced both due to the extra weight of the babies. It is Friday after hours here, so I know they will send me to the hospital, and I just dont want to be over reacting. Not sure what to do. I am 32 weeks today!

    Thanks for any advice!

call! it can't hurt - there's no such thing as over reacting. it's always better to go in & get checked & be told "not yet" then to wait & find out you should have gone, KWIM?

Back pain & cramping + BH--- CALL. You don't want to be wrong about them being BH.

I agree call. I had the same, and it was nothing, but you can never be too careful.

I've been told to drink water and lay down-if they go away or get better, they're BH; if get more intense or stay rythmic, probably real deal. Still call tho!

i'd call...after all, it can't hurt to go in and be monitored and checked..if it's nothing, they'll send you home..if it's something, then they can stop it and give you shots for the lungs for the babies..either way, it's a win/win...you will stop worrying so much and the babies will be OK and staying in for a longer time, as they need...
