Have you used hotel cribs?

We are heading to St Louis for a wedding this weekend. We're spending 2 nights in a hotel - my husband and I are both in the wedding. My parents will be there Saturday to help out and take the babies back to the hotel early - so we can enjoy the reception.

Have you used the cribs/pack n plays at the hotel? My friends tell me to just use the ones at the hotel because it will be 2 less large things to pack and carry. What do you think?

I'm nervous about traveling with Molly and Owen. I'm writing out my list of ALL the things we'll need. Should be interesting with pumping, keeping milk cold, and feeding the babies. Gosh - I'm stressing

 

I did use the ones the hotel had. I took my own sheets and blankets though. We stayed at a well known big chain hotel, so I felt comfortable that they wouldn't give me anything really gross, and the pnp and crib were nice. :good:

i never used hotel cribs... i just wanted to let you know that i stole your "pumping' banner

 

I've used hotel cribs before. It was nice not having to lug 2 pnp's around. Like pp stated, we brought our own bedding as well. Have fun at the wedding.

 

I have also used them, but brought our own bedding!

 

I have used both hotel cribs and hotel pack n plays.
The first time we took my girls to a hotel, we drove so i had our pack n play (for the changing table more then the sleeping part) and the hotel's pack n play in my MILs room. The hotel had a regular full size sheet as the sheet for the pack n play.
Next time we flew so just used the hotels cribs which were small cribs.

I would just call the hotel and get their crib/pack n play.

 

I always take our P&P's, but we've never flown. But driving, it's not much of a hassle to take them.

 

I would use them. Just take your own sheets and stuff.

we will be staying in a hotel for the first time with the babies this Saturday for 5 nights and will be using their cribs. It's a really nice resort so I'm not too worried about it but I will be bringing our own sheets!

 

I have used them lots of times and it is so nice to not mess with packing them... I have used the cribs and the pack n plays and they were always nice clean and usually new....

 

I've used them before too with no problem. Usually they just provide a pack and play.
