Since the past 12 days (on bedrest) I have been feeling really weird sensation in my legs. I feel like I have to move my legs to get some relief.
    Anyone know what this is?

Is it a sensation of wanting to move them? It could be RLS (restless leg sydrome). I get that sometimes even when I'm not pregnant/on bedrest. It's a disturbing, aggravating sensation. I get up to go to the bathroom 1 to 2 X hourly, and I had a physical therapist go over some gentle leg exercises to help prevent blood clots, etc. So I've not had too much difficulty with RLS in the hospital. I'd mention it to the doc of course, and maybe he/she could give you some info on prevention of it.

I hope whatever it is leaves you alone soon!

I get that too and I just thought it was a loss of muscle. The exercises my physical therapist showed me help alot. Particularly the stretching ones. Would you have any access to a PT, that they could give you some ideas? Hope you find some relief soon. There is some leg irritation the whole time and that is just bedrest, but you shouldn't have to be too miserable....

It is just a very annoying sensation and I have to move my legs or shake them to get rid of the feeling. But it just keeps coming back. I have an appointment with my MF doc tomorrow. I hope he can give me some solution.

I have nerve compression that is making my leg (right above my knee on the side) tingly. Sometimes it can be painful, but it's mostly just annoying. My OB who had triplets said she experienced this in her pregnancy too. I just try to find a comfy position...kinda hard sometimes. I would still ask your OB about it when you go.
