I can't believe my little baby boy is 1 year old today!!! It seems like just yesterday that the twins were born!!! And he is officially 1 now, since he was born at 8:20 AM.

We just finished our pancake breakfast (yes, real pancakes, not microwave mini pancakes). I actually gave him the whole pancake which he loved....he's on his third! (and apparently his fourth and fifth, Meghan just dumped her plate on his tray)

When he goes in for his nap, we will make cupcakes for tonight's birthday celebration with just the family. His first cupcake!! He has the cutest little crown to wear and a bib. We'll give him the couple of things we bought for him and then his siblings will play with them!

His FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY is going to be celebrated in two weeks. We are combining the kids bday parties because their birthdays are only 3 weeks apart. We are doing Dora, Diego and Boots and celebrating with family and friends. The kids have 17 cousins of which at least half of them will be here for the party.

Thanks again for all the birthday wishes! I will share a picture of him the day he was born and then some of him with his cupcake tonight!

Thanks everyone!! Liam had a great birthday. Lots of fun all day long!!

I have to say that this past year has been wonderful. Having a singleton is so much different from having twins! I felt like there were times that I could devote more time to him (like if the other two were sleeping), as I fed him or just cuddled him at night. Other times, I felt like it was a scramble....two 2 year olds and an infant.....what was I thinking?!? But I have so enjoyed watching him grow and become this little guy. He is walking and running all over the house, I think he's afraid of being left behind by his siblings. He loves playing with them and laughing with them and they are so wonderful with him. He loves to get a laugh out of people! He loves to dance! He loves to wrestle with anyone. He is just the sweetest little guy, always happy. And a little chunkamonkey compared to the other two. I am thankful that I was able to become a SAHM in the last year and got to enjoy so many moments of not only his life, but his siblings as well. Happy Birthday Baby Boy!
