They have some cute Star Wars costumes out and Old Navy usually has cute animal ones. Last year the boys were monkeys. Well, they tried on the costumes, I took pictures then returned the costumes b/c we decided to go to Sea World on Halloween and it was just too hot for the boys to wear them. This year I bought them flight suits so they can be pilots and Jeff can take them trick or treating right after work. This site is pretty good.

I bought my girls costumes on Amazon.com for about $17 each. One is a bee costume and the other is a ladybug. They aren't super fancy, just little dress with dots and stripes.

I'm thinking of having them be Raggidy Ann and Andy.I have to figure out how to make them. We don't buy costumes.

I have no idea what to have the girls be. Last year one was a pumpkin and one was a frog. I didnt want to buy costumes since they were only about 2 1/2 months old so we borrowed from family members. This year I'm sure we will do something super girly though.

1st year: They were little chicks hatching out of eggs, and Josh was a chicken. It was so funny!
2nd year: Raggedy Ann and Andy. This was so cute. My mom made the costumes.
3rd year: Bee and Ladybug. Not my favorite, but they were free!

I'm not sure what we are going to do this year.

Ella is going to be "bacon" and Allie is going to be an "egg"....bacon and eggs!
All I am doing is buying plain onesies and then making bacon and eggs out of felt and stitching it on...

I'm not sure what we're doing here. But I'm sooo excited!

I think right now, the twins are going to be a butterfly and a bumblebee, and then my older dd is going to be a flower, and my older ds is going to be a farmer!

Assuming I can find cheap enough costumes for the twins, and figure out how to make a flower for my dd! :D

The girls are going to be Aurora (Sleeping Beauty) and Cinderella, and I am going to be Belle- since they both have blonde hair and I have brown. ;)

Well, mine are older of course, but I'm debating between, Batman/Batgirl, Superman/Supergirl, and some really cute boy/girl pirate costumes I found.

Both my boys have perfectly round, bald heads so I'm thinking I'll do Charlie Brown for both of them.

I'm trying to figure this out as we speak too. Here are some ideas I'm thinking of. My decision will be heavily based on how easy the costumes will be to make since we're trying to keep costs down.

    - Austin Powers & Dr. Evil (I love this idea but have two girls. Do you think it matters?)
    - Caterpillar & Butterfly
    - Bumble Bee & Flower
    - Box of Crayons (even my DH & I would dress up in different colors. We'd build the crayon box around the SBS stroller since they can't walk yet)
    - Mary & A Little Lamb

Just a few I've thought of so far. I'm SO excited for their first Halloween!!

mario and luigi from super mario brothers. :D

red long-sleeved onesie, green long-sleeved onesie, and denim overalls. i found a how-to online for making their hats out of craft felt.

and we might build out the double stroller to do a mario kart thing.

I was thinking about Raggedy Ann and Andy, or maybe M&M's (Red & Green). But with all these great ideas, I may decide something else by the time Halloween gets here :D

A lady made my twins costumes. They are going to be Minnie and Mickey Mouse!! Kelsey's Minnie is a tutu with a corset top and Ryley's is a red top with Mickey face and red pants with BIG white buttons. They both have black mouse ears to wear and Kelsey's ears have a red bow! I can't wait to take pics n post how cute they will look!!

This is fabulous!!!! :yahoo: I read it out loud to my DH (who worked at a GameStop forever & does love the video games) and we will definitely be doing this next year. (I've got a dragon & frog for this year already....)

    Great idea for 2 boys!

DS 1 (2.5 yrs) is going to be the Cat in the Hat and the twins are going to be Thing 1 and Thing 2. I found a costume online for DS1 for about $20 and then am doing Thing 1 and Thing 2 onesies for the babies.
