Halloween Costume

    Hello all,
    I have not been on in a very long time so maybe I have missed a whole discussion about Halloween costumes. However, I need help....I have a 3 year old son and 18 month old twin girls. I would like to dress them in a theme while I still can. Last year we did a monkey and 2 bananas. This year I am having trouble thinking of something fun. I do not sew so it has to be something that is easy to put together or can be purchased. I do not want to do the cat and the hat with thing 1 and thing 2. It seems to be easier to come up with ideas for a 3 year old girl and twin boys than the other way around...like I thought of little bo peep and sheep...I am sure my son will not want to be bo peep :) and I asked if he would be a shepard and the answer was no. He wants to be something fun...i.e. a character. So I want it to be fun for him but I want to do a theme at lease still this year while I can........ANY helpful suggestions would be great!! He really wants to be a frog....any suggestions on what I could make the girls to make this into a cute theme?

    I saw a zoo keeper outfit at Target that I thought would be cute because then you could choose two zoo animal costumes for the twins.

    What about princesses? Ie princess and the frog? Or the old adage that you have to kiss a lot of frogs...

    If he wants to be a frog, you could dress up each of the girls as a lily(pad). :)

    He could be the Frog Prince (frog with crown) and they could be princesses. How about a beekeeper and two baby bees? A paleontologist and two baby dinosaurs? Two lions and a lion tamer? A lifeguard and two aqua-maids? Two pigs and a wolf? Two cows and a cowboy?
    My boys are going as monkeys this year. :)

    I have a 3 yo son & he wants to be Superman so I was thinking of doing a comic book theme & have my 18 m.o. B/G twins be Batman & Wonderwoman. I too am trying to get them all in on a "theme" while I can. Also was thinking about making 3 yo DS a tin man costume then having twins be Dorothy & the cowardly lion. Not exactly original but soooo cute ;)

    I LOVE the frog & princesses idea!!

    OR you could do little flies :) black leotards, clack tutus, wings & attenaes ??? And maybe big sunglasses LoL!!

    How about a farmer with a cow and a sheep?
    Or how about doing a farm animal theme - Old navy had an alligator costume and than the girls could be a giraffe and lion?
    Good luck with your searh! I'm still searching for my boys too!
