My twin boys are 3 months old and this past week I noticed that my hair is coming out like crazy!! I'm like a sheltie dog in the spring!! I can't tell the difference in the mirror but I am finding strands EVERYWHERE especially after I shower!! I;m a little freaked out by it. My hair has always been my favorite thing about me. Anyone else experience this?

    oops spelled "loss" wrong

My boys are 9mos and my hair is still falling out (start around 4mos) I can't wait for it to end - tired of cleaning out the hair the size of a small dog from the shower every morning - on the plus side, its take me half the time to dry/style

Yup, I lost hair like crazy around 3 months too. It's kinda slowed up now, thank goodness!

Definitely normal. You don't shed much hair when you are pregnant, not even the normal amount that you would lose every day, then, after delivery, when your hormones start to return to normal, all that hair that didn't come out, falls out. It can last quite awhile, but it will stop before your bald!

When my twins were three months old, this happend to me too! I was freaked out also, I really thought I was going to go bald! It finally stopped after about two months. It seemed like unheard of amounts. I also heard with having twins you lose more than with a singleton pregnancy.
