I met my mom for lunch with the 3 boys. The waitress ARGUED with me saying that the boys CANNOT POSSIBLY be twins because William is smaller. That's not the worst part, thinking that she could not have anythin=g more to add to make her look even more stupid, after the argument with me that the boys cannot be twins, she points to Donevan and says he's not his twin, pointing to Nathaniel.......at that point I didn't even know what to say. Donevan is 2.5 the twins are 5 months, seriously....

Uggh, I hate it when people have no clue. I still get the arguments that they have to be identical since they look so much alike.

Uhhhh yeah. You think whatever you want, I'll just sit here smugly and let you look like a dork.

(And thanks for fixing your title. . .didn't want you to get in trouble or anything!)

Yeah, I too find it impossible to make edits after someone has responded to my posts. But the waitress sure sounds annoying--not what you want to be doing when you are working for tips.

I edited your title for you.

I actually had a man argue with me in Rite Aid one day about m y twins not being twins. He said ds couldn't be ds's twin as he was about 1" taller than her. :pardon:

Yeah, some people are just really clueless-sorry you had to deal with her during lunch. :catfight:

Thanks. Wasn't my intention to offend anyone.

People seriously surprise me with their comments.

I've never understood why in the world people will argue about something like that. I mean, don't you think the mom would likely know if she has twins or not?!

You just want to say " you are brillian !! you know my children better than me !" I've had my one twin with my singleton who look more alike but 16 months difference. Size wise they are wearing the same size except for pants (shorter legs). People have said "twins !" They look at me like i have two heads when I say "no" they look at me like I'm completely crazy when I point to my one daughter and say "she has a twin though". It takes awhile for them to click but most get it.

People can be SO frustrating... makes inflicting pain on yourself sound like fun just so you don't have to deal w them!

I have 2 older girls who are 2 yrs apart. Kyra (2 at the time) was walking and I was carrying Kailyn (6mo then) and got asked if they were twins  I felt like saying, yes one just stayed in the womb for 2 yrs, she didn't feel like coming out yet @@
