At my last ultrasound baby A was 3 pounds 10 ounces and in the 50 percentile. Baby B was 4 pounds 7 ounces and in the 85 percentile. Cervix was 3.2cm. That was last month... Today baby A was 4 pounds 15 ounces and in the 30 percentile. Baby B was 6 pounds 3 ounces in the 60 percentile. My cervix was 3. How do these numbers sound to you? I know that ultrasounds can be off but it kinda has me worried. Last time the dr said if baby A starts to drop below the 50 percentile we will deliver.. But its not like baby A is dropping and Baby B is growing.. They are still 30 percent difference... KWIM?? Im 34w2d. The big guy is measuring 36 something and the little guy is 34... Does this all sound ok?? The radiologists dont tell you anything and make you wait until you see the dr.

Your cervix measurement sounds great! Are your twins fraternal or identical. Honestly those weights sounds good to me. Little one seems to be measuring on target if you are 34wks and he is measuring 34wks. I personally wouldn't worry that baby b is so big.

If they are frats, I wouldn't worry. Mine always had a big weight difference. At one ultrasound they were 2 pounds apart and no one was ever concerned. It was so hard to get acccurate measurements on babies that were squashed into little balls-hahaha. Your cervix length is awesome too.

They sound fine to me, whether their fraternal or identical. Both babies grew a considerable amount and are in a healthy range. If they share a placenta, then I assume they've been monitoring for other TTTS symptoms and as long as they haven't had any, then I bet everything is fine. My babies have a size discordance, usually in the 25-30% range. They were closer in size this week, but both are under the 30 percentile right now. I don't think that's a reason to deliver them unless there are other indicators of something wrong, like the growth has stopped or they've noticed fluid changes. Keep in mind that there is a margin of error on the ultrasounds too. I really do think your results sound good. Try not to worry.
