Gymnastics has paid off

    I was playing with the girls when jazz said watch this. She just bent over her legs straight and did a flip! She been dong somersaults
    for a couple months now but this was really amazin:wub:. I'll have to try and get a vid for yall

    Sounds like a handstand into a bridge? Thats pretty cool!! My McKenna loves doing that too...it is SO amazing the things they are able to pick up!! I think gymnastics is so great for them, they really learn balance and flexibility.
