Anyone else have 3 year olds that wake up grumpy? They get a good nights rest, I make them banana pancakes, and they have every toy in the world. So what is with the woe is me's??? It's driving m crazy! I'm trying to be patient and remind them not to whine and to please speak clearly but sometimes I am just ready to scream. Of course my 1 year old who gets terrible sleep is as happy as can be!

Oh no! I'm so sorry. I swear I consider my 6 year old to be a "needs coffee" child. She has to cry every morning about something. Doesn't really matter what, just something. I think that's just the way some kids are. Hopefully your child gets over it after they're good and woken up. I guess usually it takes a good breakfast (with a little extra time to work in), and a lot of patience to make it through mornings with her!

They may not be morning people. My middle dd, definately not a morning person. As for me, don't bother speaking to me, at all, until I have had my coffee or a diet coke.
Are you getting them up or are they waking on their own? How much sleep do they get at night? What about naps?

Sometimes Ainsley gets up in the morning, only to stumble to the sofa and lie there proclaiming she is "still tired" and not ready for breakfast. She needs a little more time to re-integrate herself to the waking world.
