Quick update from the hospital. I had my Doppler study and growth scan today. The peri was concerned because the babies haven't grown that much in the past 2 weeks. The blood flow through the cords looks good and my monitoring sessions have been great. The girls are moving like crazy! The plan now is to have another growth scan in 2 weeks and see if they have grown, if not they will want to deliver earlier than expected.

    I hope they grow! :winking0009:

How big are your babies now? Mine are small too (I don't have a current weight or I would share).

My Ob/Gyn has always said 34 weeks for momos but the MFM doctors say 32 weeks. I ofcourse want to try to make it to 34 weeks but the goal is 32.

Hey LISA!! I had an adventure today....I was doing my NST and had to be admitted to the hospital due to the decels they saw in one of the babies. The cords are really tangled...so they are concerned. They just released me - I was there from 8 am to 5pm....Now I am in my own bed....I am glad I did not have to be admitted today for good. I will keep you updated...and you can keep me updated too. My growth scan was today too - baby A is 1lb 9 oz. and baby B is 1lb 11oz. What are the sizes of your baby?

Don't scare me like that :winking0009: How are you doing? I hope you are going to have internet access when you are admitted so we can still chat. Take it easy!

Here's praying for a growth spurt. At my last u/s they said A was in the 11th percentile and B was in the 30th. The dr. said it wasn't a big deal right now. Hopefully all of our babies will grow and be healthy. Have they been consistently small or has this changed recently? Hang in there.

I feel like the BIGGEST idiot! I didn't see on your ticker that you had momos too. I should be asking you questions :D . They are monitoring me 3 times a day for 1 hour each session. I go to MFM for weekly dopplers (today was the first one) and every other week for growth scans. Is this similar to what you had?

Thank you, you too. They told me something similar. Today A was in the 17th percentile and B was in the 32nd. Both babies have measured small pretty much the whole pregnancy and B has always been a little bigger.

Totally the same monitoring wise. It does get easier the bigger the babies get as they are easier to keep on the machine. Are you in-patient now? How are you finding it?

I've been inpatient for 1 week now. It was hard leaving my husband and kids but it's better to be here and safe for the babies. They move like crazy! The poor nurses have such a hard time monitoring them.

I found the first two weeks the hardest and then I settled into a pattern and all of a sudden it was all over. I look back now and dream about the time to myself!!!!

Are you husband and kids far away? I was lucky as we live right up the road from the hospital so they could visit all the time.

The nurses keep telling me the same thing, try to relax and enjoy the time by myself (especially since I will have 4 kids under four!). We live about 15 minutes from the hospital so it's not too bad. My husband brings the kids on Saturdays and Sundays and tries to come one evening during the week. My parents and sister come during the week and a few of my friends also.

That was so sweet of you to ask. Today is a good day! We got to talk to him and the girls and I are in a pattern for now. The weeks seem to be going by quickly. Thank you.

I hope the weeks pass quickly for you too!
