Gross TMI question

Am I the only one that has a huge change in my sinuses? I mean like I actually have enough snot for 3 ppl.....oh wait I am 3 ppl.....well one with 2 on board.....but every time I sneeze I better have a tissure ready cause I'm gonna sneeze snot all over....and not from my nose out my mouth.......ewww gross

 

I am having sinus issues too but mine is blowing and bloody snot is coming out. YUCK! I am ready to be "normal" again!

No you are not the only one! I have boxes of tissue stashed all over the house because 1 unexpected sneeze can send more snot that I realized I could make running down my face. Soooo gross. It's worse in mid-morning for some reason. I've preached on the Netti pot before but it really is a life saver. I use mine every day now to help clear that stuff out.

 

For me it was sleeping at night! Hard to sleep when your sinus' are all stuffy!

 

My volume of snot has decreased lately when I sneeze, but I am still congested beyond belief. I am on my fourth antibiotic for sinus infections and it still isn't helping, lots of green and blood. It is aweful, I have to have a tissue near by to try and clear my nose. Night time is awful, it all goes down your throat and you can't breath from the congestion. It is normal to have the congestion, but the other stuff, I don't know.

lots of it here too! and in the morning i swear theres so much dried gunk and blood im surprised i can breathe at all through my nose

 

Are you kidding me!!!! I have never had soooo many sinus problems in all of my life! Finally after this last round of antibiotics I can breathe again! But then I had a yeast infection for 2 1/2 weeks. When the doctor gave me the last round of antibiotics he said "Now take 2 a day for 10 days!" And I told him that I would see him in 11 days! LOL! :rotflmbo:

i thought it was just me ...but i know now tht its all part of this pregnancy hehe

 

mine got even better this morning....alot of times in the AM I get so much drainage I get to gaging and end up throwing up and well this morning was no better and in the midsted of throwing up on myself I also peed my pants....ahh the joys of pregnancy so much for being early to work....LOL

 

I have the bloody snot. YUCK!

 

I had that problem in the beginning. I can't even imagine how much tissue I went through! It went away for a while and then came back and then went away again. I've got allergies that I assume don't help the situation either. But even my DH got tired of hearing me blow my nose!

 

I had a lot of that nice stuff right up until about 20 weeks, then it went away for a while, and it came back a couple weeks ago in full force. Tissues are currently my best friend. Yet another joy of pregnancy.

 

:lol: i have the same thing bloody nose and stuffiness! i blow my nose all the time and i really dont think its working im looking forward too sleeping and breathing
