I wish 2009 were here already! I'm close to 29 weeks, I've gain tons of weight, my Baby A has a two vessel cord (which I found out for certain just two weeks ago), I'm swollen and now I have the threat of pre-eclampsia hanging over my head. Anyone else having such problems? I figure I'm heading into the time when I may have lots of opstacles to overcome, so I'm trying to prepare myself for that!

At my last OB appointment (Nov. 25th), I was informed I'm heading toward pre-eclampsia. It's too soon for that to happen, so I'm resting alot and drinking, drinking and drinking some more. All my tests have come back good and my blood pressure has dropped, so I'm hoping I won't develop pre-eclampsia at all.

Next week I have an appointment with specialist to do more ultrasounds on Baby A to make sure she is okay since she has a 2 vessel cord. So far everything looks fine with her, but we'll know more next week.

I'm praying I can get through the next 6 weeks with both of them still cooking. That's my short term goal....long term is to keep them cooking as long as I can!

Hey Girl! So sorry you are having to deal with so many things all at once. I pray that you do not develop PreE and that your babies can cook as long as possible. Sorry to hear about your Baby A's cord. I hope all is well at your Appointment and that you get some great news! Happy Thanksgiving to you as well. Big  and please try not to stress and enjoy the holidays!

Hang in there, bedrest, modified diet and drinking tons of water can do wonders with possible pre-e! I had high bp with my son and they had to add in bp meds for me in the last couple months but we held it at bay!!
