Everything is so easy and fun to make! I recently made the boys her Banana Bites(bananas dipped in pancake batter and then cooked on a griddle) and they LOVED it!

All of her food is nut-free(her son goes to a nut free school) and nutritious.

You can follow her on facebook and she does daily lunch meals with pictures...everything looks so yummy! Also the rice cooker mac n cheese is easy and delicious!

Great site! I just saw her carrot snack sticks in the 10-12 months recipes and I'm gonna have to try making those soon! We gave the boys some sliced cooked carrots from our take out Japanese dinner last week and they LOVED them. Then yesterday I opened up a can of cooked carrots (and cut them even smaller so they weren't a choking hazard) and neither wanted anything to do with them. Pffft! The difference was the canned carrots didn't have any sugar whereas I think those other carrots did. Well I don't want to sprinkle sugar on a healthy veggie, so this carrot recipe looks like an alternative recipe that is healthier. Gonna go try and find some more good recipes now!

I made the carrot sticks today, in fact, & they were a huge hit not just with the girls but my DH as well! I've been using this site for about 9 months now & while there are a few things that I have made that the girls haven't liked, all of her recipes work & are quite delicious. Now, if I could just convince my children of that... :headbang:
