Great Solids Chart

    I came across this at wholesomebabyfood.com. What a great chart to keep on the fridge so I don't have to keep looking online, wondering if they can have kiwi yet. Thought I would share!!!

    tks, this is great. I particularly liked that the apa recommends that babies NOT be given solids til after 6 months, but many pedis recommend starting at 4 mos. What's up with THAT??!

    I know, and then try and tell that to all the Grandmas out there that tell you your kids need solids, dangit, they are hungry! :rolleyes:
