If your kids are going to a school that does a generic uniform (khaki or navy pants and assorted color polo shirts) I have a great site for you. www.thechildrenswearoutlet.com I got 10 polo shirts, 5 pairs of pants, 2 skorts, and 4pkgs of socks for $126, including shipping. Their shipping is really fast too.

They also have great prices on playclothes too. I bought some of the summer outfits at the start of summer, and they're great quality, and you can't beat their prices.

Thanks so much for the info! Joel needs all new uniforms, his pants and shirts are shot from last year!

Oh, cool!!! I just found out today that the school the boys will be going to this year has uniforms but they're optional. Since this is my first time having to deal with uniforms, I'm a little confused by the "optional" part on this...does anyone else have "optional" uniforms at their child's school? I guess I need to call the school tomorrow and get clarification on this b/c I'm not sure if the uniform shirt is optional, the uniform pants are optional, or the whole uniform is optional. Also, if you have uniforms, why would you make it optional and if the WHOLE uniform is optional, why would you go out and spend extra money buying uniforms if they didn't HAVE to wear them? :umm:

I'm with you, that makes no sense. I can't see kids voluntarily wanting to wear a uniform.
