Great News!

Had a visit with the specialist yesterday...and it went great! Babies are growing A is up to 3lbs. 11oz and B is 4lbs. 1oz. Our little fighter is trying to close the gap! Baby B has lost some of his fluid...which explains my 2lb weight loss last week. Both babies fluid levels are almost normal :banana: My contractions have stopped completely. The Dr. also says that the signs of TTTS are going away and to keep doing what i've been doing...Which is almost complete bed rest and my boost drinks that i'll swear by.
Making it to 30wks is also exciting for me since the docs thought that I wouldn't. Thanks for all of your support and prayers. Trust in God and all things are possible.

I am so happy for you! I went through these same ups and downs with my little TTTS survivors; I know what a big deal 30 wks is! Congrats and I'd love to hear updates.

 

This is great news! I swear by bedrest and Boost drinks too. Our doctors didn't think we'd make it to 28 weeks, and here I am at 36!

So glad things are stabilizing for you - keep it up - I know how hard it is! YOu have weekly appts, right?

I swore by Boost while I was pregnant too!! as a matter of a fact, I found one in my fridge the other day - made me realize just how busy I have been not to have noticed it for 10 months and just how fast time is going!

Congratulations! What great news. I'm so happy for you that you made it to 30 weeks. That was also our big milestone that the docs thought we'd be lucky to get to. We went on all the way to 35.3 weeks so you may still have some baking left. Congrats again on doing such a good job with the few things that you can control! :hug99:
