I had to share this terrific idea for bathing 2 at a time! My neighbor who has 25 year old twins suggested it and it's fantastic! I put a plastic laudry basket in the tub and then put the twins in the laundry basket. This way they aren't flopping all over the tub and trying to climb up the tub's slippery sides. Water can flow in and out of the basket and right now the twins have plenty of room to still play. Just thought I would share! Rub a Dub Dub!

What a great idea!! I may just have to try that, I hate giving them baths one at a time in the baby bathtub.

Huh! That's a clever idea, I'll have to file that away for future reference!

We've just decided to try and transition out of the baby bath, but still want some support - I think we'll try it tonight! Thanks [IMG]

    Great Idea.
Mine are still too young but I have been wondering how I was gonna manage both at the same time even after they can sit up. Thanks for sharing.

Hey I wanted to post an update. I went to Walmart last night and bought two white rectangular laundry baskets. They were $2.50 each I think. I lined them up in the bathtub and put the babies in. At first they both slid down. But then my daughter caught her balance, my son was still shaky, so we turned him so his back was against the long side of the basket and his feet were pressing against the other side. It was awesome!!! I'm so glad I read this, we'll be doing bathtime like this from now on. Here is a pic!

Great idea! Thanks for the tip! I'm going to Walmart today. Now I have something else to add to my list - laundry baskets.

Tried it out this morning (although I just put them both in 1 large basket) and it worked great!! They had a blast playing, the toys didn't get out of reach for them, plus it was just too cute for words.
