Just got back from my OB appt and another u/s. Everybody looks just perfect! I am so happy! They are definitely identical and sharing a placenta, so we just have to keep an eye on that. They both weigh 13-14 oz.! My cervix was 3.5cm, no signs of funneling.

Everything with me is great too! I don't mean to brag, I know many of you have "hit the wall", I just want to enjoy these days that I feel good. (I'm also making a non-vent deposit, so that I can withdraw later with a good vent!) I really feel fantastic, only minor RLP, not tired or sick, or in pain anywhere. I'm still working full time, chasing my two little ones, and going for walks. I have only gained 9lbs, and it's all belly. I'm not swollen or anything, so it doesn't feel like I'm carrying alot of extra weight. I'm just so thankful that the Lord has blessed me with an easy pregnancy thus far, so that I can continue to do all that I normally would for my family.

I know I still have a way to go, but just wanted to rejoice in feeling good today.

BTW, I know it is different for everyone, but when did you start feeling yourself really needing to slow down?

    Thanks-
    Jen

glad to hear that you are feeling good! i am feeling pretty good too, still working f/t ( i have a desk job so that makes things a little easier) my ob said not to lift up more than 30 lbs. so i cant lift up my son anymore...i have some minor RLP, tiredness from flopping around at night and heartburn, but all in all so far so good - aside from the anxiety, which is my biggest complaint!!! i do make sure when i come home from work, i prop my feet up on the couch and take it easy - luckily my dh is wonderful and makes dinner and takes care of the house...

Yay!! Glad you had such a great appointment and that you're feeling so well. I basically "took it easy" from the beginning (probably mostly to be on the safe side because of past losses). I also FORCED myself to eat a lot in the first trimester so I could gain at least 24 pounds by 24 weeks. I started at a below average weight though. And now I'm on bed rest because of having tons of contractions (which started to make some cervix changes). Try to remember to do at least some horizontal rest when you can...it can really benefit the babies. I hope your pregnancy continues without any problems!!

Congratulations on feeling so well, so far! I too had it very easy with my pregnancy. I am almost 35 weeks with my girls and other than the late night horror of trying to lay down and sleep, I have felt great. I do get tired at night after chasing my 2 year old around all day, but other than that, I have no complaints! And I have a wonderful husband who helps "take over" in the evenings. I feel very lucky! Good luck to you, hope you continue to feel good in the upcoming weeks!
