I have 5 month old boy/girl twins. We are in the market for a side by side stroller. I don't want to spend a bundle. Most important to me is weight, ease of folding up, comfort for the kids, fitting through a door would be nice. I see the lower end at BRU is the jeep brand... I just want this for going to the zoo and on walks so both babies have a good view. Any suggestions?

We have the Jeep Sport Twin side by side.

Pros: It's cheap, light, easy to fold up, doesn't take up a lot of space, and fits through most doors. I can get it in and out of the trunk of our compact car by myself, and still fit plenty of other stuff in with it.

Cons: The kids are fine in it, but tend to lean forward alot to grab at things, and it doesn't have a 5-point harness to keep them from doing so. Also, the sunshades are not the best, and it has no storage. We just hang the diaper bag from the handles.

We have a jogging stroller (Baby Trend) for the zoo and for walks, but the Jeep stroller is for every day out and about. We were able to get both of them for the price of one of the more expensive strollers, this way it won't break my heart if something happens to one and I have to replace it :)

i had a Combi Twin Savvy SBS. I loved it. Fairly portable, very light, and has a snack tray which I believe is a must have. GL with your search.

:good: I have the Combi too and love it as well. We still are using it (not as much, obviously, but when really needed) so it was worth it.

I also have a combi (thanks to the many recommendations on here) and love it! I do dislike the small baskets underneath, but it's easily fixed by hanging a messenger bag on the handle by it's shoulder strap, providing plenty of "extra" storage when needed! :D

I have a new jeep and aside from the usual complaints from me for a stroller, it does what it's supposed to and does it well.

Pros: lightweight, takes up no room in the car, easy to open and close (if you're not wearing flip flops) has a seat ventilation area

Cons: very low to the ground overall. Can I get some 22's on this stroller? I think I'd be happy then.

I have a Combi and I too love it. We used it all the time when the twins were younger. They just turned 5 yrs old and if we have to walk a long way I still use it for them. Great light weight stroller for everyday use.

I have the combi twin sport. I love it. I used it last October with my 4 year olds in Disney and thinking of taking it when we go next time. I also have a mountain buggy urban double which I loved for the zoo.
