HERE is a blurb about Angelina Jolie on MSN. It says that she is breastfeeding her twins on the latest cover of W magazine. I think it would be great for people to see someone so public breastfeeding twins! I'd love to see the pictures. I'll have to look for the magazine when I go shopping tomorrow
I saw that earlier and thought that was such a beautiful picture. It's funny though, that it does not show actual BF, rather it insinuates BF and it's still such a "risky...shocking" photo...or maybe "ground breaking" is a better word. For goodness sake, it's a mother all made-up with as much cleavage as she shows on the red carpet and a baby's hand in the pic. How is this still such a taboo thing? I'm just rambling...I had some mixed feelings. In the end, it's very pretty and I was happy to see a star be so upfront about her choice to BF especially after J-Lo was so upfront about her choice not to. Honestly, it makes me excited to breastfeed twins. I'm looking forward to having my picture made while breastfeeding! And my husband's response to the picture... "She slept with Billy Bob Thorton.... that was controversial. What's the big deal about a baby hand?" I love my husband.
