I never fully put them away- they just go back in the closet so they aren't in my way. I figure, there's days (even in July) where a pair of pants are nice....

My kids are almost four and I *just* got their clothes organized! HAHAHA! And I'm not joking! That's almost four years worth of double the amount of clothes! It's definitely not my strong suit!

Oh I did that at the beginning of the year so I'm right there with you. We're likely done having kids though I would like to have another in a few years. So anyway, I got rid of all of DS's baby and toddler clothes. I also organized all the girls clothes.

Yeah, I don't think that's a 1st yr. thing. Mine will be 6 in Sept. and I just did the clothes thing this past week. Well, DS's have been done, but I did the girls' this week. Just in time to pull them back out in a couple of months.

I need to get busy with clearing out all of the clothes that are too small - mostly fall and winter clothes. They are growing so fast that we have tons of stuff that no longer fits and with their birthday coming up I know they'll get lots of new things from grandparents. I'm going to need the room! I don't know why but I feel the need to sort everything, go through it all and put it in donation bags versus storage bins to save. We aren't planning to have more kids so I'm not sure what I'm saving the nice stuff for. I guess I hope someone I know will get pregnant with twin boys! LOL

I'm up for more babies but I need some time. But I'm still getting rid of most of the clothes. I kept a few favorite sleepers and one outfit. Everything else was donated. It feels so good passing the clothes on. Now DS's clothes I feel different. They're still like new! He wore them one season and out grew them. It feels weird passing them along. But the girls won't wear his clothes so no sense in keeping them.
