Glad to join you guys

After a long and worrisome pregnancy, my babies were born 13 days ago via c- section at 36.6 wks. Gabriella weighs 5.12 lbs and Eden weighs 4.11lbs. Boh of them came out screaming, zero NICU time. Thier arrival had turned our lives up side down, I have been a horrible and difficult wife for the past 2 wks, and constantly feel guilty about not paying enough attention to my two older children. But things are starting to fall into places since a few days ago and I feel that my true self is returning. Last night Gabriella found Eden's hand and hold on to it for a long time. That was the most precious moment, it melts my heart and I realized that how blessed we all are.

 

:welcome: to first year! Congratulations on your new arrivals! You are right, you are so blessed. I loved it when my girls held each others hand, that was one of my favorite early moments. :wub: It is really tough to have two infants at the same time, so cut yourself some slack! :hug: We are here if you have any questions and need support from other moms who have BTDT, want to vent, or just want to share some cute pictures of your babies.

 

Awwww Congratulations! I'm so glad they didn't need any NICU time, that's great! The first few weeks of having twins is really hard, I also felt sorry for my older 2 kids but they're doing well now and you learn how to juggle everyone. Enjoy those babies!

LOL. I was a horrible and difficult wife for the last 2 MONTHS of my pregnancy. Sometimes I still am (err, minus the preggo part, heheh! :girl_devil:
