    Hi there,
I am looking for some girls names with the name lyn as either the middle name or a part of the first name... Some names we have come up with are Gracelyn, Emmilyn, Jaylyn... My mom was disappointed when we didn't put her name into my daughter's name and now we are having twins so I need to try to come up with something!

We decided to name our little girl Olivia Lynn, with the Lynn after my MIL. But also, if you want to keep the Lyn as a middle name, any girl name that ends with a vowel goes with the Lyn, Emma, Isabella, just a few of my favorites. I like the names that you suggested as well.

Also I like Marilyn, but DH wasn't big on that one.

My niece is named Saralyn --rhymes with Carolyn, not pronounced as 2 words. Saralyn Rose -- isn't that pretty? :D

BTW, lots of names sound good with Lyn! It is so simple, it seems to balance other names.
My oldest sister was Melanie Lynne.

Personally I don't like names where Lyn feels like it is just stuck on the end of it. It feels like an afterthought to me.

Jocelyn is nice because it is part of the name and not "added on."
    I also like:
    Carolyn
    Caitlyn
    Evelyn
    Madelyn

Not loving any of your names, sorry. What about Linnéa (lin-ay-uh)? That's my daughter's name and it suits her very well. The only pronounciation problems we've ever had with it is that people will say lin-ee-uh. :D No big deal really. ;)

    What about...

    Caitlin
    Jocelyn
    Madeleine/Madelyn
    Adeline (add-uh-lyn)

I too, am partial to my own name, Raye Lynn (as mentioned by TwinxesMom). I have a niece named Jocelyn. Their are so many names that can go with Lynn. Some have already been mentioned here and are beautiful. Can you combine another family member's name with the lyn to make it really special?

My daughters name is Jacelyn (the Jace rhythms with face). Most people pronounce it Jaquelyn, which gets annoying sometimes. I like it because it is not common, but nothing too strange.
