Girls drank water from not really clean toilet bowl

My house keeper caught them drinking water from the toilet bowl. She washed their hands, faces and mouths, but when I looked down in the bowl, I so something that really made me sick - the bowl wasn't really clean. Looked like someone used it and didn't flush well. How dangerous it is??? What I should do?

 

I'm so sorry to hear that, it just turns my stomach! I had a similar situation, but not as bad, my girls had an accident in the bathtub. They are notorious for drinking the water, and I didn't have a chance to catch them before they drank the water and noticed the accident, my Dr. said that there was nothing to do. Just wait it out and see if they develop any signs of sickness. Good luck!
