Gift for older sibling?

I have read a few places about the idea of getting the older sibling a gift "from the babies". I really like the idea of doing something special to recognize my older son becoming a big brother, especially at a time when the attention will probabbly be largely on the babies.

I have a pretty big age gap between my kids - my son is 9. Any ideas for a good "big brother" gift for him?

I would focus on something he can do without a lot of help from you which you know he will enjoy. A DSi, maybe?

My daughter talks with my belly and say that she wants a digital camera!!!!

 

My daughter is going to be almost 3 so I picked up one of those kid tough digital cameras for her on Black Friday. Originally I thought maybe it would be her birthday gift but now I'm thinking it's the perfect from the babies gift even though it will be before she is 3 and the camera says 3 and up. She loves to pretend to take pictures so getting to really take them would be special to her.
