Well I'm new here and it took me a while to figure out how to post a message. I am not only pregnant with twins, but I feel like I am losing brain cells each day! I have two sons; my oldest is going to be three this month, and my youngest is 17 months. I am due October 8th with twin boys.

We found out pretty early in my pregnacy that we were expecting twins. It took me a couple of months to get over the shock. Now that I am getting farther along I am getting really scared about how I will manage to care for two babbies at the same time and my other two. It is a little comforting to read other stories and to know that I am not alone.

:sign0016: to twinstuff!!! I'm glad you found us and figured out how to post. :) You certainly are going to have your hands full. I know what you mean about losing your brain cells. I know I lost a lot after my oldest DD was born and then when I was pregnant with the twins, I would blame things on my twin pregnancy brain. You will find a lot of support here.

I know I was scared and nervous when I found out we were having twins. I was still scared and nervous when we brought them home. Somehow you figure it all out and realize you are doing a pretty good job at it. It was a little overwhelming at first, but you get used to there being 2 babies.

Congrats on your twins and I hope to see you around more. :)

My oldest was 3 in January and my baby is 15 months; so I can relate! We can do it! There is a reason God is giving us twins. I keep telling myself that they will not be tiny, helpless babies forever and just enjoy each stage because one day I will wake up and I won't have 4 under 4, I will have 4 teenagers, 4 in college, 4 moving away from home, etc.

    Hi Trina
Welcome! Get used to hearing people say "wow you have your hands full..." We get it all the time. I only have 3 vs your 4... Gregory was 16 months old when his brothers were born. We just take it day by day, and they are all so so sweet. They make me laugh to watch them. It is hard work and you will need a helping hand sometimes, as well as some "me time" for yourself. But the abundance of love and energy in the house full of boys is wonderful... Look forward to hearing more on your progress!!
