Gently Used clothing

Anyone known where a good place to find gently used twin girl clothing? I like my twins dressed identical. I don't have much luck on ebay...of course maybe I am not looking in the right spot.

 

Have you checked with any local MOMs clubs. Our club has a sale twice a year where members sell gently worn clothing and equipment.

 

Yep I'd suggest checking there too, most MOM's clubs have sales and it's the best place to find identical clothing

 

you may also leave your number at local consignment shops that if they have a twin girls mom selling items to let you know...

 

Yup, we got a lot of clothing at the MOM's sale.

 

You could also ask around for a family with twins who are a bit older than your girls and see if they would be willing to hand down their stuff to you routinely or for a family with younger ones who would be willing to buy your stuff routinely for a decent price. I have a friend with older boy twins and "inherit" a lot of their stuff and in turn I have another friend with twin boys a year younger (the three of us were friends already before the twin bug bit us :unknw than mine whom I hand things on to. This works really well, basically I only buy one or two nice girl outfits every season. With the hand-downs and gifts our clothing needs are cared for, and we all feel better investing in nice clothing knowing that it will go on to good homes.
