Future-Proofing Construction Equipment

Hi everyone! I’m trying to make smart equipment investments this year and would really appreciate thoughts on how to future-proof a machinery fleet. What should I be looking for to avoid outdated tech and stay efficient over the next few years?

 

Not sure if anyone else has run into this, but I’ve been burned too many times by Ethernet extenders that just… give up after a few months in rough environments.

I recently came across Enable-IT https://enableit.com/ethernet-extender/ - looks like they build everything in the US and actually design for harsh installs instead of pretending a server room is the real world.

Anyone here used their stuff in the field? I’m curious how they hold up long-term.
Or if you’ve got other brands you swear by, I’d love to hear.
