I just dug out the JUMPEROO from storage that my son used as a baby for the twins to enjoy. I put Mason in 1st--He didnt really know what to do--He stayed a coupe minutes and wanted out, but when I put Gracie in she went to town. She loved it. they will be 5 months old on the 7th of Sep. Do you think I may have introduced it to them tooo eaarly?

No way! We did the same thing. Josie is the one who just sits there though and Guy can be in there for 20-30 minutes! He just giggles and jumps!

I introduced it to my DS when he was 5 months old (and I remember thinking... "hey, he would have liked this weeks earlier!".. so I don't think it's too early! In fact, I was just thinking I needed to pull it out for my girls to start enjoying!

The rainforest jumparoo was the best baby shower gift I ever got :good:

We gave our girls theirs at about the same age. It took Victoria a couple of days before she bounced in it. The first couple of days she played with the toys on it. Now they both bounce so much I bought a second one.

Hope it isn’t too early as we introduced it about a week and half ago… but they are more into the fact they can turn then jump

I've put my guys in one, and they are 2.5 months old. Maybe that's way too young, but they can stand in it, and they push around on their feet. Mark's little head barely is above the seat area. LOL!

Is there some reason they shouldn't use it too early?

If they don't have good head control they can hurt their head pretty bad.

I put mine at 4.5 month too I think... not too long, and they needed blankets around them to stay balanced. Mine love it too, I just don't let them be in there more than 15 minutes a day... I'd rather they were on the floor building their muscle. I'm sure once they start crawling all over they'll be in there more though...

Not at all! We started around 4.5 months and mine loved it! Sounds like you picked a good time to start :) .

We got one at 5 months, but I didn't put them in it until they were closer to 6 months old. However, I think 5 months is a perfect age and I don't know why I waited since my girls LOVED it and would jump till they dropped!

My pedi told me when they have good head control they are welcome to use it. Each baby is different. Our girls have always had really good head control so we put them in at 3 months but not that much. They really started loving it at 4 months. We have the Rainforest Jumperoo as well - love it!! The girls are now over 5 1/2 months and Madison really goes to town but she has so much energy! Claire just kind of sits there and plays with the toys. It's funny because she will just lightly bounce once to get the music going again. :D

If you think ONE jumperoo is fun, try two! My two loved jumping next to each other better than just one at a time!
