my LO has been waking up FREQUENTLY at night for the past few days.
i felt a slight lump (lower incisor) along her gums. I'm assuming she might be waking for teething?
    thoughts?

It definitely could be - restless sleep was a big sign of teething for my kids. You could try a dose of tylenol at bedtime and see if that makes any difference.

I second the Tylenol. One of the twins would not sleep several days last week without Tylenol. He was also chewing on everything he could reach. I have not found a bump yet but he can sure feel it coming through.

I would try right before you put her down for the night. I found with my oldest that she wouldn't necessarily wake up from the discomfort if I did that. If that doesn't work, then you can start giving it to her when she wakes up.

I say Tylenol too, before bed. The other possibility is an ear infection. If the tylenol doesn't seem to help and she's still waking up, I'd take her to get her ears checked. The first sign of ear infection in all 4 of my kids was night wakings that drove me crazy!
