Four Year Old Birthdays

    My boy/girl twins just turned four years old this week. Yikes!

    Somehow, these twin birthdays really hit me hard. I keep thinking about when they were born, and their first b-day, and second and third. The time just seems to be going by so fast (even if the days/minutes sometimes go by slowly!)

    Does anyone else get sort of weepy and nostalgic around birthdays?

    Meg, I always get weepy. I love seeing them grow and change and learn new things, but then I also loved and miss the baby stage of their lives. My two just turned 5 (they've outgrown this forum :( ) and my baby turned 3. So many emotions going on during that few weeks this year for me.

    My girls are turning 3 next week and I just replay what my life was like 3 years ago, 2 years ago, a year ago, and get weepy.

    Meg, I'm so with ya!!! :cry: 5 is coming next week and I cannot believe it! :faint: It's gone way faster than I could have imagined!!!
