Okay silly question just for the fun of it. I am wondering if anyone else watches funny or weird television in the wee hours of the morning during those late night feeding sessions.

Like I have watched nearly every episode of Roseanne over the last two months because the reruns are on late night!! I also watch the Critical Hour and Babies Special Delivery at 2 AM!! The weirdest thing I have woken up in my recliner to find on TV is "Wildest Sports Videos" and of course all the infomercials!!

Lets find out what everyone else watches!

I didn't watch tv, I did night feedings in their room with as little light (just the light in the next room was on and the door open just enough to see drips/change diapers) and stimulation as possible. I did however find it very boring so I started leaving a radio on really low when they went to bed, totally for me when I was doing the feedings as they could have cared less. I found myself hearing alot of the same songs over and over and today if any of those songs come on I immediately relate them to night time feedings. It is actually kind of cute and makes me smile to remember those nights!

That is one thing I will miss when I stop night nursing. We have a PVR so we can tape whenever and whatever and what whenever. I catch up on my prime time stuff with little or no interruptions. I put the mute on so there is no sound to disturb the babe and I leave the lights off. Trouble is when I put them down, I then have to force myself to go to bed instead of watching the rest of the show!

The Dukes of Hazzard always seemed to be on when I got up for the night feedings, so that is what I watched! HAHA

We never watched TV with the late night feedings. It was no talking, no changing of diapers if they were okay, very little light, get the job done and back to bed.

We didn't watch TV at night, but we watched a LOT of Food Network during daytime feedings for the first several weeks. It was also football season, thank goodness (I love football). It was right around Super Bowl time when the babies finally starting finding the TV too distracting.

lol, brings back the memories! I did watch TV usually, but that was b/c after nursing I would pump - round the clock! I tried to keep it quiet while I was nursing, but had to have something during the pumping to keep me awake. Lots of Roseanne, yes. :D I also would stick in movies & watch them.... 40 min here & there.

Ditto! TV was a "no no" during night feedings!

I remember those night feedings. I would watch a lot of Roseanne reruns too . I would also watch this cheesy show called Cheaters. I was amazed at how stupid some people can be.

OMG..when my boys were teeny tiny and I was doing those wee hour feedings, Roseanne was my show! I would watch it every morning at 2:30/3am...oh it brings back memories but I love my sleep now!

I did, but I always watched stuff on the DVR. Nowadays, I never get caught up on my DVR stuff since I'm not up overnight or pumping anymore.

This post brought back memories I have tried to forget about! Ohh those were rough nights. At first I did not watch tv but my dh did one night when we were both doing feedings so from that point on I did too becuase it helped me stay awake.

We always talked about what we saw that night. I always thought it was funny when I turned the tv on in the morning because I liked to see what channel my dh watched if he had the last feeding.

We always said we were the first to see the news and what was going on all over the world.

We bought the Seinfeld dvd set and started watching those at night feedings.

I was usually to lazy to flip the channels, so I would leave it on NBC. I would watch old Leno episodes followed up by the worst poker show on tv. "Poker after dark" I am so glad Connor sleeps all night and Keira only gets up once to eat.

Roseann is my favorite show ever so that was a perk to being up late at night. I also watched Fresh Prince and The Cosby Show.

These are too funny! I've been known to watch Cosby Show re-runs (that show isn't nearly as funny as I remember it being) and a lot of Food Network.

My husband is a big fan of cartoon network's adult swim, he used to watch Futurama, Aquateen Hunger Force, and whatever else. I couldn't stand those shows, so if i was up w/him, I'd request something on the DVR, that I hadn't had a chance to watch yet.

When my girls were waking up quite frequently at night, I started to hope they'd wake up around 2am on Sunday morning. Why? Because Soul Train is on from 2-3am, and it is seriously the most entertaining show I've ever seen. The episodes I've seen were from the 70s, and the clothes and hairdos that the people have are really something :)

Me and DH slee with the T.V. on but it was muted, just enough light so we could see..Well my babies seem to wake up about the same time each night, so I would watch Babies Special Delivery and then Divorce court..

I never did for my DS, but this time around I need something to keep me awake. DH and I watch Headline News to see what has happened while we have had our little 2-3 hours of sleep.

During the day I am addicted to Deadliest Catch and will watch it constantly if I can!

Ok - yeah, I am hooked on Deadliest Catch, too! In fact, I watched it on DVR just a few nights ago! :D
